By accessing, adding or using Swarve Music ("the Bot", "the Service", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Swarve Music is a Discord bot that provides music and audio playback functionality on Discord servers, including but not limited to:

• Not be previously banned from the service

You do not acquire any ownership rights over the bot or its components by using it. The name "Swarve Music", logo and associated trademarks are our property.

Regarding third-party content: Swarve Music is a playback tool that accesses content from external platforms. We do not store or distribute musical content. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of the source platforms.

We strive to keep Swarve Music available 24/7, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Complete absence of errors or bugs
• Compatibility with all server configurations
• Operation of all music sources at all times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Swarve Music is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific expectations

• Your use of the bot negatively affects other users
• You breach Discord's Terms of Service
• You engage in illegal activities using the bot

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server.
